I have no doubt you could go that long, but when you started that you were already in really good shape and had a low body fat % and probably a high metabolism to begin with. Almost everyone else, especially the ones asking about weight loss, are carb fiends to begin with. When the average eating person goes from one extreme to the other in that short of a time the body will lock up and go into survival mode much faster than what it took you.

I recall you mentioning that you did next to no exercise during that fasting phase, even walking shortly was tiring for you? What would happen if you tried working out 5 days a week while doing that fast? That's the point I was trying to make anyway.
