when i did that PSMF 12 day fast i started that thread about a few weeks ago, i learned that one can go 12 days on this sort of ultra-restricted diet before the metabolism goes into serious shutdown, and that's for peeps with very lof bf, can go longer than 12 days (bt not too much longer) with higher bf %s.
