You are correct, I would not call any popunder "premium". If you re read my post I said Premium COUNTRY popunders. Premium country in my definition is Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and United Kingdom.
