I just finished a session of "free writing". It seemed to help a bit. Let me open up and express some of the ideas that were running through my head. Problem is, I got bored after 5 minutes and stopped. The couple paragraphs I wrote DID help though.

I'm about to pull out the alcohol... always helps of course and makes for a good time. But I'm looking for more of a permanent solution or a daily routine I can get into that will help relieve the overall stress. And no, I'm not going to sit around all day drunk off my ass.

I can't be the only one with this problem. Share your ideas with the rest of the GFY crowd!

If you drink coffee STOP! and start doing 20-30min/day of cardio fucking, bike riding whatever. Drink some wine/beer at dinner

trust me in 5days you'll be a changed man.
