Point is guys in their 40's to 60's still buy porn but it has to be something special. A couple of memberships a month ($60) is nothing to many "older" people.
Proof: I have bought more porn site memberships the last two years than times I jerked at a tube.

It's true. Some people want to own the content, mostly older guys and real conissoirs (sp) of porn. Or maybe just dont like all the ads and bs on tubes.
Popups to me are a slap in the face. Guess who has lots of popups.
But it does suck to lose a shitload of surfers to the tubes but then maybe most arent buying anyway.
I think a bigger problem may be what ThatOtherGuy eluded to. A LOT of stuff is boring or adds nothing new OR like some progs has become saturated.
Can only push the Hoover door to door so many times.
Yet very few new high end tours or new sites from the best progs, so it is catch 22.
