lol, so you admit it was a late enough hit to warrant a penalty, and assuming you have eyes, can clearly see his shoulder in Horton's head, and if you have reading comprehension, here:

48.1 Illegal Check to the Head ? A lateral or blind side hit to an opponent where the head is targeted and/or the principal point of contact is not permitted.

You admitting Horton was not looking makes this a blind side hit to the head. What's difficult for that to understand?
