This may come as a shock to some but I have had 3 days in a row of conversations with my bank reps as I have caught them moving funds from one account to another, money disappearing, shuffling of the transaction order,etc.

Being that banks and billing companies work hand in hand, there could be a connection.

Contrast that with ridiculously low stats, and the picture becomes clear.... we are in a bankrupted economy and those whom our funds pass through banks, billing companies, credit card companies are forced as a measure of desperation to generate fees, funds, revenue by any means necessary.

I think we are now living in a time where your surfers valid BILLING DETAILS and CREDIT CARD INFO are worth more to some billing companies than the $29.95 monthly membership you charge is worth to you.

hypothetically the biller could conceivably find themselves in a situation where they have to ask themselves this...

which will keep us in business longer...
a. processing customers credit cards for webmasters and only making 10-15% of the sale

b.Allow the customer to submit credit card details...but then see to it submission is declined for customer and merchant but you the biller retain 100% valid credit card info that could be sold later for much more than $29.95

This ensures the biller makes money off of your sweat, and no red flags are raised except high declines.

c. Approving all of your valid join form submissions, which would mean they watch you make thousands a day while they only make hundreds

there are too many people as of late reporting unusually low sales,stats anomalies, and banking chicanery...thats just a reflection of the desperate times we are in.

You must ask yourself if so many are seeing 0/20,000 stats or 1/30,000 and the billers only get a fraction of your completed sale....HOW THE HELL ARE THE Billers GETTING BY??
