Say it once or twice at the beginning, be friendly throughout as you always should be, and that's good enough.

"Thank you for my drink."

"Thank you for my menu."

"Thank you for taking my order."

"Thanks for the extra salt and pepper."

"Thank you for taking my plates."

"Thank you for giving the bill."

"Thank you for taking the payment."

Enough already!
