Yeah, agreed. A lot watched it, hell it was filmed.
There is a show in the states called What Would You Do? and they setup staged things like this to see the reaction from ordinary people. Like one guy pretended to be extremely wasted and was trying to get into his car to drive. Many people just watched, filmed and let him into the car. Some ladies actually went and tried to stop him. Does make you think, would I pipe up and say something?
