There would not be any customer rights here to protect you, you choose a service, paid for it and should honor that.

If you tried to charge it back, I assume Godaddy's accounting department has fought many chargebacks before and have it pretty well figured out how to fight those.

Just pay it and forget it. As long as you learn not to use them again.
