Not backing any horse here... I know very little about them. But what I do know is that they were smeared, and that the videos that caused such a stir were edited to make it appear things happened in ways they didn't, which is clear in the full videos. Doesn't matter if I like them or not in terms of whether they were smeared. They were. Even bad guys can be smeared unjustly.
In terms of building a case for misdeeds... um... yeah... you can do that with almost ANY large organization. Bet the list of misdeeds by employees or staff of the NRA dwarfs that shit. They were targeted for POLITICAL reasons. Just like teachers are being targeted now for POLITICAL reasons. Plus unions for POLITICAL reasons. Plus NPR for POLITICAL reasons. Any group that is seen as a power base for the democratic party is being hit right now. Again, not opinion, just fact. And it doesn't matter what I think about it in terms of whether or not it's true.
