Well, it was a short upgrade. When we know our system will be down for more than half an hour, we do send out emails, but we didn't want to "spam" everyone for something that was down for about 15 minutes, and parts of the site were working anyway.
Would y'all rather receive information about short down times, too? I can pass on that info if you would.
