I'll be honest, the Gay dating market is really lacking a viable sponsor. The top gay dating sites charge $10-$15/mo and retain for 18+ months. They are huge and don't really have a need or interest in an affiliate program (straight from the horses mouth - Manhunt CEO at iDate)
