Same problem with any site that let third parties select categories, for example real estate. You ask for small serviced offices north of the city, but you also get results showing huge industrial warehouses in the south-east because the agent ticked all the boxes (even the incorrect ones) in order to get some extra impressions.
At the end of the day it does dilute the overall reputation and customer satisfaction level of a site, maybe cam programs would be better off doing this themselves. They have to verify proof of age, right? Why can't they also do categories then?
