If they grant you this appropiate and rational option...they just may be a sound and square billing company.

If they are unwilling to provide you with whatever you need to make your processing experience comfortable then they most likely have something to hide.

I am in this thread because I was a newbie once and could have used some good advice back then from those who knew better and had made been taken to the cleaners by billing companies.

Also recognize that every SALE you generate is going to be converted to a temprary loan, and loaned to you at a rate of between 8% and 15%. You know this to be a loan becaue if the customer DEFAULTS and charges back, then your loan credit is dedcuted from your sales.

If they were really Your sales, and you did not transfer ownership of the sale by hiring a billing company then they could not issue a refund without your consent.

Also study your stats, and read some online journals about processing fraud and how to detect the practice. Its out there if you dare to enlighten yourself...I warn you you will never look at processing the same
