this can be done with partition magic or other 3rd party apps.,

but imo 68 gb is enough for c,
use c for OS and apps and keep all ur data at d.,
so if something goes wrong just wipe c reinstall os and ur good to go again, no data loss at all.
with windows there is always something wrong....
