Mutt, do you think the concept of APIC is a good one, but in this case it has been poorly implemented, or do you think that the model is flawed.

From what i gather, content producers pay a fee, and APIC "prosecutes" / chases up on infringements that the producer points out to them (?).

Seems like a pretty good idea, to have one organisation who is experienced in enforcing copyright protection / can utilise economies of scale.

or am i way off base?
