I had the spinning-camgirls-viewports Flash idea long before TMM used their spinning iphones idea.
Actually I was going to use a spinning cube with girls on each face, but no point in skewing the viewport images.
I'm sure the designer will do a whole different design, just the color scheme and the Flash design similar to TMM homepage.
you guys are basically saying, "Make the design similar style to this website" is an illegal phrase to tell graphic artists.
