My involvement with the sites began after the purchase and to be direct about it, I was more concerned with the changes we were going to make to improve sales/ratios so I am not sure.
I am not saying anything bad about other VOD companies and I would like to stress that. But for these sites it did not work and definitely needed to go. So it was one of the first changes we made with the sites and the results have been better than we expected as is shown by the ratios posted in the OP
I want to say that it was a pay-per-scene model but I am not 100% certain of it - sorry
