To make it worst, for every instance they were busting my balls, my competitors were doing the exact same thing they were giving me a hard time about. I simply asked them how they could not allow me to use a particular word but then pointed to 10 other sites on adwords using the exact word and they didn't care and those sites' ads keep going. I was never able to figure out their logic so finally gave up. Sooner or later the winds of change will blow and google will be looking for advertisers to send money and they going to suffer the repercussions of all the customers they pissed off and turned away.
