The arguing and even going to court trying to stop it is all part of them working the public to make the tape even more desirable.
Just like Hulk Hogan did 11 years ago when he laid down in the ring and let Jeff Jarrett pin him, then had the cameras following him through the backstage screaming obscenities and saying he was going to sue WCW and Vince Russo.
And he did.
And the whole thing was a work. Vince Russo and Hogan now work together at TNA wrestling. The whole thing simply sold more tickets by looking "real". Even going so far as bringing a lawsuit.
