I see that day in and day out.
I get; "Well my rate is usually $1,100 for BG". I then reply; "Well I booked you for $800 cash same day through your agent, if you have a problem with that, get out of my make up chair and go call your driver and have him drive you to someone that is willing to pay $1,100".
