If it were me, I would have LEASED the domain, not pawned it. For example: You could lease your domain for any amount you like, say $50,000 a year + royalties. You can protect yourself by adding a stipulation that earnings must be X (say another $50,000) otherwise the leasee loses the rights to that domain. This way you make the money you want and protect your interests at the same time without having to do any work for it.
