I got a solid reputation in this industry.I pay cash same day, I don't do POV's and I don't try to bang the models. My Rep is everything to me. I live in Porn Valley and its cut throat central here.
I think that SDA Cash and NaughtyRob are the 2 very best recruiters in this thread. I also think that recruiters get the worst shit spoken about them too. I think the key differences is SDA Cash is also a male talent where I do not think NaughtRob is. I think that male talent factor is what can creep out girls or give girls a reason to talk shit and blow shit way out of proportion.
As for Dean Capture, if you live out here, you know he has a solid reputation in this biz.
But,one thing you can always count on here in Porn Valley, is that female talent will talk shit no matter how solid of a rep you got.
The worst thing I have heard from girls about Dean is that he takes too long. I laugh my ass off when I here that shit. I replay "really? Have you seen what kind of work this guy puts out?" Girl responds "No". I ask, "Why did it take so long? Was he trying to bang you or something?" Girl responds, "No, wasn't that but he wanted me to do all of these poses and it took 3 hours and I was tired".
This girl was getting paid her rate and Dean was a total professional and she still manages to attempt to say something bad to me. I laugh may ass off with what some girls say.
At the end of the day all talent have shit to complain about, and we as producers need to sort through what is what.
I take everything like a grain of salt. Unless I here it 10 times over and over from people I respect.
