There was
one way you could have stolen the thunder from any other service out there, and that was to make your service CHEAPER. That's it. And you blew it. You actually made it more expensive.
During a time when money couldn't be tighter for everyone in the industry, the FSC wants everyone to pay MORE for the same service they can get cheaper somewhere else.
If a "secure database" is your only selling point, you're a little late. Everyone's information was already given out.
