Anyone who lives in London knows how messed up this charge is...... if youve never heard about it basically, if you drive into london at certain times during the week - you have to prepay a charge to allow you to enter all areas with the "congestion zone".
If you dont pay the charge before you drive into london, the cameras pick up your registration plate when you enter and you get a ticket through your door. Its totally camera managed and there is no way to avoid it.
