It is typically a dead give-a-way to any level of 'success' they think they have. While not always true, it is more often than not. Business people do not care about being 'liked'. It's about making money. Keep your eye on the ball.

All things being equal, would you rather do business with someone who comes off as a jerk or someone rather more personable and/or ethical?
Those who are truly focused on making coin know better than to needlessly place obstacles between themselves and their goals
