one of the worst tech/sales/customer rep ever, I have been waiting for 48 hours to set up my hosting account now they said it will set up with in 1 hour ok i waited for it since i was charge already from them, now i ask for my account where is my hosting account it should be 2 hours after my account has been verified and approve now but what they did is just keep saying,
Inviting Billing Support Now, after this conversation with the billing department another thing "Will transfer you to our manager" then i talk to a manager then manager said "Transferring you to our tech support" and then a little chat and ask why they transfer me again to "sales representative" wtf!! Since they did not issue an account for me I ask for a refunds, and another same situation from my first situation



then now it has been more than 48 hours no account was set up no answer from tickets and emails LOL
