If it's clean water just remove the battery and put the phone in a bowl of new, dry white rice, and cover it with a plate. After about a day all the moisture will be drawn out of the phone. If you already switched on the phone while still wet inside it may be permanently ruined, but it might not, so it's still worth a try.
