What you have within those folders, is to do lists though - which do help. But that can be done on a notepad, a to do list on a phone, etc. The folder structure doesn't help with those.
And no amount of folders or lists create motivation which is the ONLY time any of us get anything done is when we're motivated to do it. Organized or not, lists or not...

I said your work files go in the INTERNET directory, I assumed everyone has that part organised already.
It's more than just a 'personal' section, you can allocate anything as the 5 levels are a collectic of human endevours.
Say you get some paperwork on a police charge, ORGANISE / SOCIETY / LOCAL GOVT easy! It helps you sort all the goings on in your mind by allocating into the 5 levels.
Here is my INTERNET folder with work and other goals online, most of these domains are just at the wish list stage...
