This has been an interesting experiment. I took a thread title and changed "root canal" to "blowjob" and got about 3x and many thread views and about 3x as many responses.
Have to put this into my business plan.
1. Find threads talking about unpleasant things and change them to blowjobs.
2. ????????
3. Profit!
