however, if you do, you will realize that the scary stuff you were told was bullshit, and that while meth is made with acids, bases, and solvents, it is not made out of them, nor does it contain them.

any construction site or company contains exactly the same acids, bases, and solvents. painting companies have much worse stuff. and auto finishing and detailing services even worse.

you don't even want to know what you will find at many manufacturing sites or electroplating services, if the stuff they make meth with scares you.

I used to own construction companies and would work with things on a daily basis that could kill you, burn you, or poison you slowly, all just as bad or worse than the relatively mild hydrocloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and petroleum solvents they use in making meth.

now, if you were making the argument that meth cooks don't dispose of their waste chamicals safely, that of course is true.
