Yes the fucker installed a virus into the system and it sat there for a while then crash it all came down. Wiped out the entire program.
We have managed to re-install most of it, which was a nightmare. My Webmaster is off for two weeks on holiday, but broke into his break to help us, and the guy who runs the server ended up in hospital with a collapsed lung.
The emails are not working properly and the automatic FTP is not functioning.
On top of not having an effective CC Processor for three weeks this is about it. Fortunately we can live off the magazine, custom sales and the ?Fat? we?ve acquired.
But there is no way I will let this happen again. We will come back stronger. Will have a marketing campaign as soon as the site is ready.
