I used GT Bill last year to process payments on my adult site. They kept back a 10% reserve in order to cover charge backs. When I left them 7 months later they decided that the 6 months would start from that point!

On May 10th I was due over £1,500 in held back fees.

When I finally tracked them down they said they were 'having trouble with their bank" and we're "aiming to resolve this soon", despite not even bothering to tell me they were having this problem.

I'm counting on that money and am wondering if anyone is having a similar problem with GTBill?

PS - I will keep all updated on here as to the progress / outcome of this as I wouldn't want to see others getting affected in the same way. Let's hop I can post a positive outcome.
