You can also do a forced install of Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware by loading it to a disc or other portable drive from another box and then install and run it in safe mode.

Run the program then reboot normally, update both Malwarebytes anad MSE and run full scans with both but not at the same time of course!

Should do the trick.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes, Spybot and CCleaner with Zone Alarm Free Firewall. I also update DAILY and run several quick scans randomly throughout the day. You also might want to turn on User Account Control after you get all this other stuff done as it can keep malware from executing without your permission.
