To answer that question best you should send 1000 uniques to 3-5 different sites/sponsors and then pick the best. Certain programmes count traffic different to how others do, so 1:500 with Sponsor A might not be worth as much $ as 1:2000 with Sponsor B. There is a lot of variables at play. Like others have said, filter off your European traffic and try and monetize it efficiently and concentrate on sending your USA traffic to someone with really good sites.
