I'm also curious on how XBIZ will be one of the last adult companies standing when the adult industry is a ghost town. They are a trade publication and trade show company that depends on the health of the industry to survive. If they are one of the 'last viable adult companies left' in this ghost town who is going to be placing the ads in their publications or going to their shows?
And it's pretty obvious XBIZ helped to pass .XXX with a bogus poll citing industry wide support. The only question that has yet to be answered (and not denied either) is what does XBIZ and Helmy receive for their support?
It's also obvious that The XBIZ awards are one giant circle jerk. 10-20 companies get nominated in a single category. Wonder why? Because if only 3-5 were nominated only 3-5 sites would run the prestigious XBIZ official nominee badge and advertise XBIZ for free. It's one big ass-lick-athon which is fine but let's not go around pretending it's not.
