All so-called "spam" is in point of fact, NOT spam!

Much of what is termed "spam" is perfectly legal commercial emailing.

Certain kinds of commercial emailing sent by certain entities need not comply with CAN-SPAM and may quite legally be blasted out across the entire planet without fear of legal hassles. People have come to define ALL commerical emailing or for that matter, any sort of mailing they don't like as "spam".

It is also perfectly legal and very, very effective to mail for adult as long as certain guidlines are followed. Betcha didn't know that, didja?

In any case, commerical emailing is the way of the future, like it or not and call it what you will, commerical emailing works!
