You're using the word "creates". Eveknows did not "create" a list of hundreds of links from thehun by himself. The word should be "stealing" or "abusing"...
It's like music. There are notes and chords (links) that can be used freely by anyone. But create a certain combination of notes and chords, called a song (database) and another person is not allowed to use the chords and notes of that song in the same order...
making a song = creating. Copying a song = stealing...
