I run a few stores and use OScommerce. Easy to find templates pre-made for it, its free and there are tons of Free Add-ons. If you have a DB of your products already, you can easily import it. I can have a site up and done in around 1 week.
This took around 10 days and aside from billing and a few small tweaks its pretty much ready to go -
