Just in case, what I meant is that the real difference I see is JWPlayer is more convenient for simple fast loading pages (when using only 1 player) and it's easier to setup. Flowplayer is like 100x more customizable and way faster on advanced setups. Plus, I've found that when you start to tweak JWP it becomes more and more unstable and it starts to take a lot of resources, while FP is slightly heavier on simple setups, but it doesn't have many problems if you add 100 instances of FP (JWP will probably not even work at that point). And on multisite environments sharing the same database or if you use AJAX or any kind of parallel loading, FP has no rival at all. I really didn't test it in depth, but I think JWP won't even work at that point.
