you call the cops and it solves the problem more or less without hassle..
You say a jury would let you off? I"m sure your right, but how many months in court you going to be in to get acquitted of any wrong doing? You confident in your income that you can be on trial for months? Pay a lawyer for all that time too? Most aren't.
