You know full well that's not how it happened. I'm too tired to argue though. However, you have to admit, once I was given the ability to do my job without my hands tied behind my back, all sites, databases, and everything else was fully transferred over within 2 hours, and everything was 100%. The problem that time was the IPs on the server were shit, but that was out of my control.

I'll admit, you were a good paying client. Every dollar quoted was paid for, and never any problems with that. You were great in that respect. However, I'll also say a typical job that I quoted 3 hours for, ended up taking me 6+ hours because of "little changes" here and there. I put the extra hours in with a smile on my face, and no complaints.

Don't worry about it, that's between Kevin and myself. He has an e-mail sitting in his inbox from me. No, I'm not going to fuck him over. If he wants a refund, he'll get one, just as I offered him 2 months ago, and just as I offered him a few days ago. He refused the first time around, because he said he wanted me on the project. Previously, the project was 95% done, and he knows that because he had full access to the devel server. Bad string of luck though, and I lost everything, included his project. So now I have to redo the entire thing from scratch, and I'm willing to do that to honor the agreement I made with him.
However, no matter what happens, due to the delay I have to give him a good 50% discount on any amount owing, and I have a family of 7 living here that I'm ultimately responsible for. Making sure we all have shelter and food come before making sure his website is online.
