Well, in all honesty O.... the one who puts up a news story like this "first" is the one who gets the information "first." And how do you get information about a company announcing changes to its staff? Why, the company with the news to announce SENDS it to you.
It's not like YNOT and AVN and XBIZ are all calling Chris daily asking if he got a new job somewhere.
So... no, I think this news was, for whatever reason, GIVEN to them first.
