My complaint is that OUR tax dollars are being used to arrest people who default on their payments to Rent to Own places. They're using the police as their collection agency and that's just not right. It's a civil matter and should be handled accordingly.

you are comparing buying with renting.. not the same deal .. even if it is RENT to own! you are still RENTING .. not straight up BUYING
