I've got a friend who buys stuff rent to own. She also takes out payday loans, has an interest only mortgage on her house and is on her second bankruptcy. 
She was going to get a laptop from aarons, it was 2 years old and had a sticker price over $700 (I'm sure it factors out to be close to twice that after payments). I just bought her a $400 Dell and she makes me bi-weekly $40 payments till she pays it off.
I probably shouldn't have helped her out, but at this stage in the game I can't tell her anything I haven't told her a 100 times before. Just didnt want to see her get ripped off even more, that shit is just ridiculous. |
you're a good friend, there have been many times in my life I would have appreciated a friend like that. I hope she is grateful and understands what you did for her
