I have a ten year old daughter myself and I understand your point. However, wake up and give some thought to the thousands of American kids that will never see their fathers or mothers again because of this bastard. Then factor in how many tens of thousand of kids in Afghanistan will never see their parents again because of the actions the US took - invading their country - as the direct result of Osama bin Laden.
The one man is directly responsable for the deaths of tens of thousands - and this is just starting.

There seems to be a lot of discussion here, on other boards, and on the news about how Osama bin Laden was unarmed. That doesn't even begin to factor in here. This isn't the local police being all nice and stuff; This Navy seal team is the most professional hardcore killers in the world. Navy Seal Team Six - from what I've read - is the best of the Seal Teams.
It's a military combat situation, not a police raid. If he came out with his hands up saying "I surrender" he might have had a chance to see the light of day again. If not, all bets are off. It's not open to discussion.
We broke dozens of international laws to pull this off and I've noticed no one is saying this was illegal. And frankly, I don't give a shit.
