Good, because it's fake BS released after Bin Laden was already dead. Osama wasn't in Lebanon, ever, because he didn't have any association or interest in the politics in that part of the world.
If anyone would blow up the WTC because of what happened in Lebanon (the whole of Beirut was destroyed, not just a couple of "towers") it would have been Islamic Jihad, who kicked the US out of the country by blowing up the Marine barracks in 1983.
If Osama was so upset about Lebanon he'd have been there fighting against Israel, which had already invaded the country before the Soviets invaded Afghanistan.
