Yeah, back 10 years ago computers were a mystery. Not these days. Everybody is online and have become "veterans" of being online.
Not saying that there aren't some out there...but most people who are online have this figured out already.
And IF they are accused wrongly...then a quick forensics of their computer will prove they are innocent OR guilty.

I would wager that even you, someone who has been in business on the internet for the past 20 years, have little more than a vague idea how the internet works...
How exactly will this step work: "quick forensics of their computer will prove they are innocent OR guilty"?
Who will pick up the equipment? who will perform the forensics? who will pay for it? how exactly will innocence or guilt be determined?
I'm not trying to sound like I support gideongallery and his pro-piracy movement, I don't, but the solution to the problem needs to be realistic... What you proposed is far from feasible...
