No, I meant what I said: nine tenths of a cent = $0.009, or slightly less than one cent. I was pointing out that his claim that it had climbed ".90cents" was technically accurate, but misleading in that it might be read as having gone up 90 cents or $0.90, which would have been an all time high for this stock. Nine hundredths of a cent would be $0.0009 though that might have been closer to the truth.

On a side note, I think you meant "meant" and "hundredths".
